Head and Neck details:

Problem : Patients present with pain muscle stiffness, restricted neck movements with muscle soreness.

 Reason : Cervical spondylitis/spondylosis/spondylolesthesis.
      - Cervical disc prolapse(IVDP).
      - Torticollis.
      - Cervical postural syndromes.
      - Qcute nerve root pain.
      - Muscle spasms.

 Procedure : IN Physiotherapy treatment first we asses patient and check their reports regading the case
       we aim in reducing the pain.


Aim of Treatment:

1.  Reduce pain, inflammation & stiffness ,this is done by usingsuitable electrotherapy modalities like
   ultrasound, interferential therapy, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, russion
   current,shortwave diathermy, traction.

 2.  Postural or ergonomical corrections.

 3.  Self musclestretching and strengthing exercises are taught so that the patients should have permanent
   relief from the pain and shouldnot reappear again and again.
